समाज के लिए महत्वपूर्ण संदेश
संगठन का कार्य करते समय अपनी नाराजगी को छोड़ना होगा। क्योंकि संगठन का कार्य और नाराजगी ये दोनो एक साथ नहीं रह सकते।
@ मेरी तस्वीर नहीं छपी थी, इसलिए मैं नहीं आया।
@ निमंत्रण कार्ड में मेरा नाम नहीं था, इसलिए मैं नहीं आया।
@ उसमें मुझे कुछ नहीं मिलनेवाला था, इसलिए मैं नहीं आया।
@ मुझे कोई पद नहीं मिला, इसलिए मैं नहीं आया।
@ मेरी बात कोई नहीं सुनता, इसलिए मैं नहीं आया।
@ मुझे मंच पर बैठाया नहीं गया, इसलिए नहीं आया।
@ कोई मेरा सम्मान नहीं करता, इसलिए मैं नहीं आया।
@ कोई मुझे बोलने का मौका नहीं देता, इसलिए मैं नहीं आया।
@ बार-बार आर्थिक बोझ मुझ पर ही पड़ता है, इसलिए मैं नहीं आया।
@ सारा काम का बोझ मुझ पर ही आता है, इसलिए मैं नहीं आया।
@ मेरे विचारों की कोई कदर नहीं करता, इसलिए मैं नहीं आया।
@ मुझे आज - कल समय नहीं मिलता है, इसलिए मैं नहीं आया।
@ मेरे न जाने से क्या फर्क पड़ता है? जो कुछ होगा, वहीं होनेवाला है।
असली कार्य वहीं जो संगठन के हितों को पहले महत्व देता है। और ये कोई कमजोरोका काम नहीं है।
जीवन में संघर्ष जरूरी है। अतः संगठन की सेवा में जो अपना बहुमूल्य समय दे रहे है, उन लोगों को तन, मन और धन से सह्योग देकर, अच्छे कार्यो को आगे बढ़ाएं.... क्योंकि वे लोग अपने परिवार और व्यवसाय में से कीमती समय निकालकर अपने संगठन, समाज और आनेवाली आगे की पीढ़ी को लाभ मिले इसिके लिए अपना जीवन व्यतीत कर रहे हैं। ये बात याद रखे।
संगठित रहें, संघर्ष करें और सफल बनें...

Important message
You will have to let go of your displeasure while doing the work of the organization. Because the work of the organization and the displeasure cannot coexist.
My picture was not printed, so I did not come.
My name was not on the invitation card, so I did not come.
I was not going to get anything in it, so I did not come.
I didn't get any position, so I didn't come.
Nobody listens to me, so I didn't come.
I was not made to sit on the stage, so did not come.
Nobody respects me, so I didn't come.
Nobody gives me a chance to speak, so I didn't come.
Time and again the financial burden falls on me, so I did not come.
The whole workload falls on me, so I did not come.
Nobody cares about my thoughts, so I didn't come.
I don't get time today and tomorrow, so I didn't come.
What difference does it make if I don't know? Whatever happens, is going to happen there.
The real work is the one that puts the interests of the organization first and this is not the work of a weak.... Struggle is necessary in life. Therefore, by supporting those people who are giving their valuable time in the service of the organization, with body, mind and money, carry forward the good work.
Because those people are spending their life by taking out precious time from their family and business for the benefit of their organization, society and the next generation to come. Remember this thing.*
