Holi ( होली) message.

          आज फाल्गुन की पूर्णिमा है।  जिन फूलों का आप साल भर इंतजार करते हैं, वे हर जगह खिल रहे हैं। जीवन में बसंत बहर लानेवाली आज होली की पूर्णिमा आयी है।

                  राजा हिरण्यकश्यपू, हिरण्य याने सोना । सुख कि तलास करनेवाला यह सुखवादी राजा।    उन्होंने आसुरी वृत्तिसे सभी सज्जन भक्तों को जखड लिया । उनके राज्य में अगर किसी ने भगवान का नाम लिया, तो वो उनकी जान लेने लगा। लेकिन उसका पुत्र प्रल्हाद विष्णु भक्त था। राजा ने कई बार उनकी भी जान लेने की कोशिश की लेकिन वो लगातार असफल रहा। हिरण्य की बहन होलीका, होलीका को ऐसा वरदान मिला था कि उन्हे अग्नि भी जला नहीं सकती थी। तब हिरण्य राजा ने  चितापर होलिका के गोद में भक्त प्रल्हाद बिठाकर आग जलाई।  लेकिन.. होलिका जलकर भस्म हो गई और भक्त प्रल्हाद बच गया। जैसा कि लोगों को पहले से ही पता था कि हिरण्य ऐसा करेगा, इसिलिए पहले से ही सभी ने अपने घरों में आग जलाई और प्रल्हाद की रक्षा के लिए अग्नि की पूजा की।  तब संतुष्ट अग्नि ने  भक्त प्रह्लाद को बचा लिया और होलिका को जला दिया। तब से हर साल लोग सुखवादी आसुरी प्रवृत्ति के विनाश के लिए अपने घरों में आग जलाकर होली मनाने लगे हैं।

           यह भारतीय संस्कृति में प्रकृति से जुड़ा एक महत्वपूर्ण त्योहार है। यह होली, सर्दी की ठंड से बचने के लिए प्रकृति में फैले रोगग्रस्त जीवों को भस्म कर देती है।  होलिका की याद के रूप में राक्षसों के विनाश के लिए यह होलिका दहन, जिसने प्रह्लाद को आग की लपटों से बचाया था।  जिसमें क्रोध, घृणा, ईर्ष्या, अहंकार इन दानओका और दुश्मनो का दहन करें । तब जीवन में सुख ही सुख प्राप्त होता है।

         यह खुशियां बांटने वाला त्यौहार है , इस दिन सभी लोग एक दूसरे से गले मिलकर खुशी - खुशी से इस त्यौहार को मनाते है । इस त्यौहार में ऐसी शक्ति है कि वर्षों पुरानी दुश्मनी भी इस दिन दोस्ती में बदल जाती है । इसीलिए होली को सौहार्द का त्यौहार भी कहा गया है । ऐसा माना जाता है कि होली का त्योहार हजारों वर्षों से मनाया जा रहा है ।

         आप सभी को होली कि ढेर सारी शुभकामनाएँ। आप सभी  इस होली के शुभ अवसर पर क्रोध, घृणा, ईर्ष्या, अहंकार, मतभेद इन सभी का दहन करें और समाज कार्य में एक दूसरों को सह्योंग करें। उसिके साथ समाज में दया, करुणा और शांति के साथ - साथ भाईचारा अबाधित रखने के लिए प्रयास करें।

      Today is the full moon day of Falgun.  The flowers you wait for all year round are blooming everywhere.  Today, the full moon of Holi, which brings spring in life, has come.

       King Hiranyakashipu, Hiranya means gold.  This hedonistic king who seeks happiness.  He crushed all the gentlemen devotees with a demonic attitude.  If anyone took the name of God in his kingdom, then he started taking his life.  But his son Pralhad was a devotee of Vishnu.  The king tried several times to kill him too but he was unsuccessful.

        Holika, Hiranya's sister, had such a boon that even fire could not burn her.  Then King Hiranya lit a fire by placing devotee Pralhad on Holika's lap on the pyre.  But .. Holika was burnt to ashes and devotee Pralhad survived.

       As people already knew that Hiranya would do this, so in advance everyone lit fire in their homes and worshiped Agni to protect Prahlad.  Then the satisfied Agni saved the devotee Prahlad and burnt Holika.  Since then every year people have started celebrating Holi by lighting fire in their homes to destroy the hedonistic demonic tendencies.

       It is an important festival related to nature in Indian culture.  This Holi devours diseased creatures spread in nature to escape the winter chill.  This Holika Dahan for the destruction of demons as a remembrance of Holika, who saved Prahlad from the flames.  In which anger, hatred, jealousy, ego burn these demons and enemies.  Then only happiness is attained in life.

       This is a festival of sharing happiness, on this day everyone celebrates this festival happily by hugging each other.  There is such power in this festival that even years old enmity turns into friendship on this day.  That is why Holi is also called the festival of harmony.  It is believed that the festival of Holi is being celebrated for thousands of years.

          Wishing you all a very Happy Holi.  On this auspicious occasion of Holi, all of you should burn anger, hatred, jealousy, ego, differences and help each other in social work.  Try to keep brotherhood uninterrupted along with kindness, compassion and peace in the society with him.
